Sam's been cautioned by his agency for his behaviour over the past week. Sam's not very happy about this and feels he's been misunderstood. Sam decides it's a good idea to address the office to explain his actions.

The sound isn't great, and it doesn't help that he slurs his words. But if you put the volume up you can try to hear it.

just remember, this isn't faked.. it's unreal, but not fake. This is a real life situation. A new worker decides to address his new colleagues with a 12 minute speech to explain why he's had a shocking first few days.
