yes both are set up wireless but I cannot for the life of me get them to talk to each other. The PC is XP and the Laptop is vista. any chance someone could write me a dummies guide to being able to do it?

set the network up through the vista rig. give the hard rive on both computers shared status. tansfer files.
vista makes networking pretty straightforward mikey.
