If your exchange is LLU enabled I'd recommend Be. £24 for up to 24mb line, no throttling download limits. Its a 1 month contract but you need to give 3 months notice to leave.
Alternatuively they do a 1 year contract at £14 a month for up to 8mb speeds

It's getting increasingly harder to find an unlimited package at a normal price nowadays.
I'm with entanet, 30gb peak usage but get 300gb off peak. £19.99 a month, suits me fine.

Basically my fair usage policy states that i can download upto 40GB per month, and my average is 65.10Gb per month, so definately need unlimited. Was looking at Bt think their top package is unlimited not 100% sure though

If you have Sky tv, get sky - they have an unlimited package for £10 a month if you have Sky already. Its subject to fair usage, but should be acceptable to what you're in need of it for.
I'd say 65gb is a little high anyway too tbh. Can't see what rational reasons even with a bit of illegality somebody would need to download more than the fair usage tbh.
