I'm in the market for a new 19" monitor, since the one i have is dying a death (takes about 20mins of turning it on off on off lol), i've norrowed my search down to this one just wondered if maybe someone out there has it, or has a samsung monitor, and wondered if there any good.

That's close enough for me, how are the colours on it, the only thing i'm worried about really is what text are like on smasungs, are blacks black or grey?

Colours on mine are fb, it's just a lovely crisp, clear picture. Beautiful with games like Far Cry.

Yeah, image quality on most Samsungs is pretty spectacular. Still with my 3 year old 173P but will be sticking with Samsung when I do upgrade as the image quality has been such an improvement on my old screens.
