I'm not saying I wouldn't. Maybe I would. But if publishers are paying Microsoft money just to have this unnecessary flash on the top of the box, when all the exact same info could be on a panel on the back of the box a-la minimum / recommended specs, then I'd not want to encourage this.
If the publisher pays Microsoft, then the price of the game goes up accordingly - Ie the price I pay. I won't condone having some kind of "Microsoft Tax" on every game I buy.
