Can anybody tell me where they have put the screen where you can see what free minutes and texts you have left?

It used to be under one of the menus but its all changed and god knows where it is!?

They've made it more "secure" so it won't save your bloody details any more when topping up, it's a bloody pain

Made it much more annoying, they also took two friggin amounts out last month and then told me it would take two 14 days to pay it back! (two weeks ago) and still nothing in my bank

Just checked out the new online system now. I really cannot be ****ed filling in my number, address and card details every ****ing time. Sweet jesus.

from the home page go to view my bill, then online bill, then new charges, then inclusive allowance details that works for me

Have complained about the problems I have had (which also included my phone going wonky a week after they sent it to me and I lost a lot onb my phone) and they have given me an £80 credit :thup:

oh that's a favorite of theirs ive had that one- also been charged 3 times for a single bolt on and they refused to do anything but take it off my next bill.

if you're not on contract get shut asap (regardless of what BBB or anyone else says) one of the worst companies ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with-only phone call to them which wasn't answered by a dribbling simian was the cancellation line
