Made it much more annoying, they also took two friggin amounts out last month and then told me it would take two 14 days to pay it back! (two weeks ago) and still nothing in my bank

oh that's a favorite of theirs ive had that one- also been charged 3 times for a single bolt on and they refused to do anything but take it off my next bill.
if you're not on contract get shut asap (regardless of what BBB or anyone else says) one of the worst companies ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with-only phone call to them which wasn't answered by a dribbling simian was the cancellation line
