Hasnt Yobo played right back before anyway ? I assume it's a resting situation before the UEFA Cup game ? Otherwise it's a bit silly. Still a bit silly anyway tbh

Yobo has played full back, mainly for nigeria rather than us. Definate centre half.
Hibbert in an awful run of form which has lasted around 12 months.

| He was excellent for Nigeria there in the 2002 World Cup (as well at defensive midfield and centre-back) but has been ropey when playing there for us occasionally. Possibly due to the lack of time he's had out there since.

He's ill I think.
Missed the League Cup midweek too.
Boro don't look like the quickest side so Stubbs should be okay.

| Yeah, basically since he got that freak insect bite and missed 2-3 months.

If fit, surely it's Yobo over Stubbs at DC anyway, as well as Stubbs has played for you ?

| I'd hope so. Don't think he played too well at villa last week though. Only saw v.quick highlights so couldn't say really.

| Stubbs is very good at organising the backline, Yobo is quiet. We've been shipping goals lately, so, y'know.
