Is that really such a bad thing? Why must I be in a bad mood or being awkward. I'm surrounded by people all day and sometimes I just want time to myself.

Why don't people get that, Despite explaining over and over they still think you're in a mood. I'm not dammit but keep going on about it and I may just very well be

I woke up in a bad mood this morning - for no reason - i just want be be left on my home when that happens - and its happening quite often atm which is worrying in itself - but all i got at work was "are you ok", "whats up" etc etc
