oh and i think some people at work think i've got a serious problem because i just wake up in bad moods for no reason. Was talking to some people about it at dinner and thats just the impression i got off them.

I went through a period a few months ago of waking up in bad moods. I had no idea why maybe I was just ****ed off at my circumstances but it was annoying.

On a slighty more serious note. It's not people as such it's people who constantly look for a deeper reason when there isn't one. I want to put my feet up, relax and watch a movie. I want to... because I can. Thats the reason.

Totally understand where you're coming from. Most people think I'm quite extrovert but I'm not - never have been. I have always been a social introvert .
As I've got older, I want more and more me time, and sometimes just don't want to go socialising at weekends... and the appeal of being at home relaxing sounds much more enticing than being out. I do enjoy seeing my mates - but I prefer it to be on my terms not theirs... which sounds selfish, but I am prepared to comprimise on it.
Fortunately I do see chilling with my other half as me time too.

I merely explained I could be arsed going out tonight but if they wanted to come round cool but make it later on as I just want to relax for an hour or two.
