need idea for xmas staff competition
hi guys need some help with an idea im having.
i run my own business have 12 employees & im getting a free wii console from a company i buy stuf from, all the employees know & of course all want it. so ive decided to run a competition for them to win it so question is what? much help appreciated in advance

Depends what you're after really. If you have quantifiable targets for them you could run something like best performer on a couple of things or most improved performer. Might be good to have 3 prizes if you have all 12 going for it.
