Using Wii Sports, have a tournament using the Wii ages & give it to the one with the highest one (will get the most use out of it)

but dont tell them that its the highest score that wins sit back and watch the posing tossers jump for joy at getting in the 20's

problem is fittest bird is my 22 yo daughter! 2nd manageress is my best mates wife 3rd they all do diff jobs fitters storemen office etc.

well then its 11 unless it is a Wii based tournament- your daughter cant win it-nepotism accusations if she does

suppose you could try 'nails in a bale' but use clay or something instead -

get 2 other prizes (maybe an extra days holiday? & a gift voucher) paint

put 15 nails in the clay (yes 15 to make sure everyone has a choice)
1 tip yellow (Wii)
1 tip Red (day off)
1 tip Blue (vouher)
& leave the rest unpainted

then go to everyone individually an get them to draw one out
