Nobody is being put out by it in any real way. The individual is still doing the vast majority of their job.
If someone else wasn't willing to sell condoms or pork and the company said they couldn't support them in the same way I'd have an issue with it...but if they are simply trying to support their staff's wishes without causing any problems for the customers (or other staff) I don't see a problem. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I don't want to have to help some moron who forgets his password every single day, sometimes twice a day because I have a moral objection to dealing with idiots.
I also have an objection to dealing with pretentious idiots who make formal complaints about myself and colleagues because we don't call him Professor when he calls.
I have to do that, because it's my job. Theres nothing in the Koran that says they can't do it, so why should they be allowed not to do it?
