it's crap, slow, crashes and crap quality build.

This is true, but if you update the phones software then it fixes a lot of bugs and speeds it up

My local Carphone warehouse uses it as there in-store staff phone so it cant be all that bad.

Ive had mine about 9 months,crashed twice,which a simple re-start sorts out.

Im chuffed with it anyway,
