Raising the Minimum holiday entitlement?

I used about 8 of my 20+public holidays last year, so lost about 16, this year I have had 7 so far, I think, and I've worked all the Christmas holidays.

Taking the week off between Christmas and New Year, though.

I get 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 5 days study leave.

Last place was 20 plus bank holidays but because it was agency work i didn't get paid for bank holidays :thdn:

Aren't they increasing it to 28 next year btw ? Sure they said so at the time, meaning everyone gets 20 days + bank holidays at the least.

same here - thankfully my Line Manager is an understanding soul (and a football fan to boot) - so I've been allowed to take a couple of days unpaid leave (next two days of those are to go over to watch Bohs in the eircom League Cup Final next week)
