| You'll have to post it in English, as per form ToS.

We get 3 months at most maternity pay which wont guarantee your original job position back and 2 days paternity leave.
Can you understand why its easier for Jersey people not to return to work but instead sponge off the state?
| Holy ****, 9 hours daily nursey care here is like 300 euros a month.
Not clear on what you're saying here, is nursery care free for the unemployed?

No, we dont have the dole or nay unepmployed job seekers allowance.
There is social security which if you work it out probbaly means that a mother can stay at home and offset any earnings of £1400 per month (about 2,000 euros) against what she would have to pay in nursery care.
gst = goods and sales tax, we already pay vat although we are a vat free island apparently and now they want to add a gst like in florida (or america in general I guess).
10/0 is corporate tax where we try entice corporate companies by 0% taxing them like the IoM.
good idea unless you try to recover the monies from the simple person/family trying to scrape a living.
cost of living , Ive given examples above.

SS would be a meagre contribution btw, I was pointing out that a mother would have to earn in excess of £19,000 or €27,000 for it to even make sense to return to work.

The links say 52% of children get free nursery places, based on postcode. Would those be the native housing areas?

In the most yes. At a cost mentioned above, as you have already compulsory borne them for at least 3 years can you honestly make a decision that youll get a place.
thats £50,400 or €70,000 before you can qualify for this.

What's the point in inviting in corporations with a 0% tax rate if it costs the island money?
How do you pay VAT if you're VAT free? What % is the GST?
