so anyone else get short changed by ticketmaster's refund?
i paid £95.70 for 3 tickets and got a refund of £90.70. checked the small print on the back of the ticket and tickemaster are liable for the face value of the ticket plus all additional booking fees. so what the hell are they playing at?
will be phoning them in the morning

Ah my mate said that additional fees aren't returned, but after hearing this I shall tell him. Would be a total con if they don't return the whole amount paid.
