My grandad's had his little red Ford Escort for just short of 15 years, and he's kept it in great condition and everything. And about 2 months ago, he decided he wanted a new car. Theres nothing wrong with the old one, but, he wanted a new one.
Nobody except he could see the point as all he uses it for is the shopping once a week and down from his house to Cullercoats beach (about 5 minutes) and back most days.
Anyway, eventually he decided to get a black Ford Focus Zetec. As he has several disablities, (such as paralysis of his left arm due to a stroke) the car needed to be an automatic so that he didn't need to shift gears. As the demand for automatic Ford's isn't great, the bloke at the garage told him the car would be ordered, and made.
He got a phonecall on 22nd September, stating that the car would be shipped over on 27th Sept and available for collection on 29th Sept.
On the morning of the 29th, they said there was a "slight admin problem" and it couldn't be picked up until tomorrow (Oct 2.).
So, getting a phonecall tonight saying it was to be delayed a further 4 days infuritated me a little.
Even more so as several of my peers at 6th form went to the particular same garage yesterday looking for cars, and they told me the garage was heaving with people and they had to wait 35 minutes for a salesperson to help show them around, as they were all taken.
Anyway, the point of this is that I can see what the admin people at this Ford Garage are thinking,
"Very busy with sorting out all the shippings and orders of cars. Let's just fob off the old gadgey and delay him a bit, buy us some time."
I say this as a few people I know have had cars shipped over by this garage and have had no problems.
Am I just jumping to conclusions, or am I right to think this?

I just can't think why no one took them seriously?

Yeah that's unusual, salesman usually swarm all over that Saturday job money.

The only valid point here is that you're a spaz. One thread is a possibility, but a second follow up thread is confirmation.

No, it is confirmation of nothing, other than the fact you seem to look for all my threads and pick flaws in them
which is pretty pathetic tbf.
