I have actually made losses on some things Herm. Spider Man 3 on the 360, bought for £21, sold for £18. Lumines PSP bought for £18, sold for £15 ish. Those were ebay sales btw.

Where is the best place to trade in games? Post #22
I'm not sure what you mean by losses. I don't expect to make a profit on items I've bought, merely that when I sell them I'll not have lost too much. The odd RPG as I've mentioned, but on the whole I'll make an overall loss, because that's the nature of the 2nd hand business, surely? Buy a game for £30-£40, then when you sell it obv you'll not get that money completely back?

I've put F1 on the PS3 up on at eBay atm. No bidders as yet, couple of days left. Want to get rid of it as I've only played it once and didn't really enjoy as I thought I would.
Blockbuster have a decent offer on where by you trade a game in and for any new game you only have to pay £9.99. Of course there are only certain games you can trade in but until last week RFOM was on that list. Dunno if this is only for PS3 or not though.
