When can i expect to be masked?

2 things.

1) Sam, they're going to want to get their $72,000 back if you leave.

2) moonie, there's been plenty of aid distributed within the alliance. I've already given out loads, outside of the official methods. Make an application, it's only a matter of one post in the dept of finace.

Sam - I suggest you hold the £72k UNTIL they ask for it back. They may not even bother.

Sam, you need to make sure you leave CON in a way that will not bring you and OTF under threat.

If they have a forums and you are registered there post saying you want to leave and sort everything out with them including paying back any money they may want back after giving it to you.
