Drink about 4 pints a day. Have it with every meal. Favourite drink by a mile.

I drink a pint of milk a day, about 4 litres of pure orange a week and 2 litres of them Innocent smoothies

Love the stuff, drink on average a pint a day, but sometimes more.
My mate's toe nail came off when he was playing rugby, and the doctor said that if he drinks loads of milk it has a much better chance of growing back.

which makes it rather a curious thing that in coffee and cereal its alright. I suppose that might be because i have the bare minimum in those circumstances.
