Seeing as you're probably too busy complaining about your course, just use a ready-made sauce, cut up some some chicken breasts and add noodles/vegetables.
There's nothing else to it

Seriously mate you would have no trouble making beef or chicken noodles. It really is so easy to make.
If you really want to cheat, Tesco do a ready to fry pack in the vegetable section as well. Probably good enough for students.

I can help
Go to the supermarket, get a few chicken breasts, a packet of fresh noodles (or 2) and a some stir fry veg. Add one of the sauces that'll be beside the noodles/vegs.
Wok it, and you can get a cheap wok in argos or tesco or asda or something.
If not, make a sweet and sour. Cooking isnt hard.
Btw, my mums spag bol > everyone elses. End of story.

go to morrisons buy 4 packs of chinese chow mein supernoodles at 4 for £1 follow instructions on packet & voila.
