I hated school.

In fact, I remember reminding myself as a kid that I should never forget this fact. It made me miserable.

secondary school-

was fs most of the teachers were not arsed (few that were soon had it drummed out of them by the others), place was choc full of twats & the catchment area was also used to place people in houses which was a fs idea

tbh i was quite glad to get out of there.


junior school-
really enjoyed this(apart from school plays with compulsory participation)

Found massive amounts of it very dull. 90% of the subjects I wasn't interested in, and 90% of my teachers didn't seem interested in their jobs. Playing vast amounts of sports were cool, but on the whole my school days seemed to be a constant battle against falling asleep in lessons.

6th form was awesome. Teachers respected you (and vicaversa) and you were able to have a good laugh with them. Also some of the other guys in my year whom i didnt get on with or know that well in my early years matured and we became decent enough mates to chat to in the pubs. Friday nights used to ge great, wherever i went i used to always bump into people i knew. Plus i lived at home rent free but started working part time so had money to spend.

Parties, people's 18ths, being able to drink like a fish one night and do it all again the next night. Awesome times :thup:

I loved school.
Was at a boarding school that put more interest in overall teaching rather than just academia.
So lots of sport, then more sport, some lessons, lots of free time (mainly spent playing sport) and then loads of after hours activities and clubs.

Having you best mates around all day helped as did the complete lack of parents!

Totally agree, although I didn't even like the sports due to the number of twats at my school. Somebody once put a two footed tackle in on me during a game of basketball ffs. They then let these people loose with hockey sticks and baseball bats. I'm not friends with anyone I went to school with. Basically got absolutely nothing out of high school. Primary school, on the other hand, was awesome but that's cos all we seemed to do was play football and have a laugh. And none of the scummy twats from shithole areas went to that school.
