When you Pre-order items on Play.com, do they take the money out of your account immediately, or when the item becomes in stock? As there are a few things I want to pre-order, but won't have the necessary money for a few days

I believe it's the same as most like Gameplay/Game, they don't take the money until they dispatch

although Halo 3 was different as I had the money out on Thursday and it didn't get sent till Monday, but that's cause it was a big game

Yeah they take the money usually a few days before they are due to get the order out

Wrong Bouncer, play.com take the payment when they dispatch the order, not a few days before.

So if you're pre-ordering stuff cms that will be sent after you next get paid, you'll be fine.

i have been extremely lucky with Play before to sometimes get stuff a day or two before the release.

only to find other shops gave in anyway and sold them early...

still Play is remarkably cheap

It's OK, a 48-hour delay for FM will give enough time for SI to churn out the necessary patch anyway.
