I think the north is okay. Palma got completely ****ed though. Same as Sevilla last week, Almuneca the week before, Granada the week before that and Rincon de la Victoria last month.
These melting icecaps are turning into a bit of a ****er, tbh.
For what it's worth, I was completely miserable where I was about three years ago. Couldn't settle on a job, hated where I lived, went through crap relationship after crap relationship. I was just getting by and getting older. Then met a random girl on the internet, thought what the hell, and dumped everything to move from North London to Southern California.
Long story short, I married the random girl, fell into a shelf-stacking job where everyone loved me due to the accent and having slightly more smarts than the people around me, and found myself quickly promoted up four levels with an opportunity for two more over the next three years. Right now, I'm an executive and a resource in my particular specialisation for the entire North Orange County area. I'm making good money, living a life I couldn't have imagined living, and going home every night to a quite spectacular wife.
All of which is not to depress you, just to say that sometimes you've got to take a chance, leave the security behind, and try to make something of what you've got, which - if the tone of the thread is anything to go by - is worth more than what you're doing with it.

Deserts getting bigger, too. Who live in deserts? Muslims. We're doomed!
I just cant seem to get out of debt, I was in full time employment for three years, it was good enough wages but it was a chipper, and I didnt want to think I'd be working there for the rest of my life.
So I went part time and went back to college 2 years ago.
At that stage i was about 4k in debt but with my reduced wage that debt has only grown to 6.5k.
