So I've just got back about half an hour ago from Great Yarmouth where the National Amateur Championships were being held along with the Interleague Knockout Cup, and who should me and my mates see playing, but Simon Hickson of Trevor and Simon fame.

He's bald in the middle now with a ring of ginger curly hair around his dome but was quite amusing to see him playing in the amateurs. Decent player too.

Just thouhgt I'd share as was something I wasn't expecting to see and also give you lot a chance to reminisce about when tv was good

Aye, but was just funny when my mate pointed him out and said, "that's him from Trevor and Simon" and we all took the **** for a few seconds before we looked properly and realised it was.

I feel that at this point I should point out that I am referring to my 26-3 victory over Billy at pool.

I have in no way yet mentioned how I tool him back to my caravan and *****ed all over him.
