I've never seen any Lord Of The Rings movies or read the books. Not really a conscious decision, I've just never been sat in front of them.

I've never seen the Godfather films, am only just starting to read the Harry Potter books now.

Incidentally, I've never seen Four Weddings and a Funeral or Raging Bull, and only saw Shawshank Redemption for the first time last year.

Film wise there’s loads I haven’t seen which are considered classics (Raging Bull, Taxi Driver etc.).

For ‘real’ cultural landmarks I’m one of those people who’ve lived somewhere their entire life but hasn’t been to look at the local landmarks.

I’ve never been up to the Angel of the North, never crossed the Millennium Bridge, never visited the Baltic Art Gallery and never been to the Sage Music Centre thingy. Might get round to them if people visit from down south and want something to do, but I’m not really in a rush to go and see them myself.
