I believe it's a more sophisticated one than Bob Mackenzie's original model, possibly due to technology being able to numbercrunch a lot faster thanin the old pencil and paper days.

Everytime the Lib Dems reached a target/won a seat they had a 3d hologram of Ming done up like Ali G dancing in the studio. It had to be seen to be believed.

Vine was dancing with him at one point. I still have nightmares about it now
