I`ve watch all his fights and still don`t know how good he is. He`s fought some pretty average fighters except for limond who i thought was gonna beat him, that fight proved that khan is no where near ready for a world title fight, which he says he wants in 5 or 6 fights. Why is warren even letting him think it when he knows he`s not ready, his fight last night was a joke, his next one better be with a far tougher opponent who can punch a lot harder than that guy.

I actually saw Amir about 2 weeks ago in Salford walking around with his mates.
Im not following his career but didnt they do this with Harrisson? Giving him fighters who last a couple of mins in the ring and you probably learn bugger all from the fight
Khan is a quality fighter who is unfortunately with the wrong manager/promoter. Frank Warren is holding back his progress by not moving him on from journeyman UK fighters.
Would Ricky Hatton be preparing for the Mayweather fight if he was still with Warren?
Khan should be looking to take on some European opponents with a possible move for the title in the summer & then move onto the world scene, however his team will no doubt setup another punchbag to bring in the money I'm afraid he could just become a cash cow in the same mould as Naz.
Yeah. They do it with most up and coming boxers. Like they will train him on how to jab effectively and set up a boxer who needs work on blocking jabs.
Amir has potential just needs to get the technique right.
Doing the right thing imo. He has loads of time, and it would be stupid to rush things. He's still growing, and still very much learning the fundamentals of the pro game. The Limond fight didn’t say to me that he was average, just that he was naive.
