Last i heard he was on suicide watch, which IIRC, has nothing in the cell to aid suicide. A TV and electrical sockets would be a no-no.

They moved them both up here, apparently. I'd imagine she'll still be receiving some sort of police protection - and will probably have to for the rest of her life.

Well if that's the case it's more a problem with the idiotic public rather than a problem with spending taxpayers money.
