He's a typical janner there not exactly the nicest people to ask to turn there music down to he would probably just laugh, if it was that simple i would have asked him, i'm hardly going to post on a forum if it was that simple.
If i go down and he starts, it don't bother me but if it kicked off, my mum lives here 24/7 i'm not here 24/7 to make sure she's alright.

If a bloke at the pub kept spilling your pint on purpose every time you bought one you wouldn't get your mam to tell him off would you?
Sometimes I think the OTF needs to grow up
Course i wouldnt, why would i? Im not 12.
Thats the point im making.
If i disagree with something then its my place to do something or choose not to.
Probably me, just seems like a no brainer, either confront him, which he doesnt want to do because someone gobbing off at him clearly makes him mad. Complain to the council, or do nothing, which makes him mad as bloke downstairs will continue.
I'll wait till tomorrow and have a quiet word, not now purely because it's later, may have had a few drinks plus motd is on, he seems to have turned it down, you can kind of hear it but doesn't bother me.
I couldn't careless if someone plays music, I used to share a room with 70 lads so I know they like it loud, just not so late at night plus it isn't fair on my mam being up at so early, it's more for her than me.
