when i had one for natwest ages ago they asked me to do simplish arithmatic(sp?) without using a calculator - so have a calculator with quiet keys handy!

Standard stuff, I had the same thing for Halifax/Royal bank of Scotland. Passed it and the actual interivew and start end of the month :cool:
Anyway they'll ask you to relate things to your own work experiences.
e.g Can you think of a time you've overcome a challenge
or
Give an example of when you've worked as a team in order to achieve a goal.

| Their interviewing skills obviously didn't pick out that you don't even know what company it was for.
Royal Bank of Scotland and Halifax are two completly seperate banks.
