1. Fly with Oasis Air to Hong Kong (£320 plus tax, depending on when you fly)
2. Catch the Turbojet ferry from HK to Macau (£30 return)
3. Fly with Air Asia from Macau to Bangkok (approx £70)
4. Air Asia from Bangkok to Cambodia (as you have quoted)
So that is about £420-450 and a long, knackering journey!
Royal Jordanian do £389 return to BKK though.

Not really busy. Just a well-used route by myself and the other half. Try and get Skyscanner.net working (it is dead slow on my laptop.) Then do a search between all London airports and cities like Bangkok, KL, HK, etc. There are loads of budget airlines - some cheaper than Air Asia too (although I LOVE the opening page on their website - beautiful!) - who would then fly to Cambodia.

Although I do like the idea of the Turbojet ferry to Macau.
Aye it goes direct from the airport to Macau ferry terminal, where you then pick up a free bus to the airport. They are, at present, building a terminal at Macau airport too.

On a seperate note - just booked my wife and I a trip from Melbourne to Noosa (great beach place north of Brisbane) for about $60 (including taxes - total). Usually cost about $400. I love new airline competition!
