the main thing is the day time drinking session. if people start to split up in the night, fair enough, but there'll still be plenty of people wanting to do different things.

First pub is the crucial point, people can see where we go from there and there is a high chance thata people will split into smaller groups and go do stuff (pub/club/curry whatever).

If people don;t want to come then cool, but backing out due to where some people may or may not go at some point in the proceedings is RUBBISH.

And no Carter, that's not a dig at you, this is to everyone.

I, for one, will be so drunk come 9-10pm that I won't care where I'm going and the group that offers me the most drinks, wins me. You lucky people.
