You have a list of responsibilities which you've shown you are able to handle quite well.
You show a clear progression in your responsibilities. To impress further, you can emphasise the achievements you made, by actioning those repsonsibilities.
e.g. "I sometimes worked early starts and late nights, sometimes on weekends too. I also would go out to user’s houses and set up their home computers for broadband and remote access so that they could use network resources off site."
e.g.
This enabled end-user productivity to increase, increased efficiency in project timescales, and cost effectiveness of infrastructure use.
Management are more interested in the result of yor work, rather than the work itself. By demonstrating technical ability and converting them into results, it will impress the management more as it shows you understand what your actions actually mean to the company.
