Explaination why im mentioning it.
I play basketball on a tuesday and we are down by 1 in the last dying seconds of the game i dish the bal, off and move out to the three incase im needed there the lad gives me it back with a bloody second left and i get blocked...we lose.
So anyway, im the kinda person who disects my performance and spends the rest of the night dwelling on mistakes.
Are you similar or do you just shrug it off and get on with things without looking back?
Side note, did drop a long long long three at the end of the first quarter with seconds remaining! Thinly vailed i scored a fb three pointer thread!!!

Yeah, all the time. Hate it, but it just seems ingrained into my nature. |

A team I was playing in once got to the final of the cup competition we were in. I was playing well, top scorer and we'd scalped a big team. It came down to penalties (instant sudden death), we'd already won one 1-0 with myself scoring the pen. I stepped up again and hit the bar, and as soon as I saw it I just wanted to leave. They also missed and we went on to win 1-0 on pens, but I got absolutely no satisfaction from the cup win.
So I guess yes.

| Know how you feel we got to a local cup final and were cruising 3-0 then it pee'ed down i came rushing out slipped and the lad rolled it into a empty net for 3-1 then i could only parry a shot i would normally hold and they score the rebound 3-2.
Then didnt claim a cross i should have punched 3-3.
Made a worldy in the last minutes of extra time and our sub scores to win it 4-3 but i felt like crying because if it were not for me it would have been a walk in the park!
