my god those crystech systems are good value. Never heard of them but seem brilliant prices

got that last week for £549.00. it's smart but obviously doesn't have the kind of graphics you're after. you can change the card though in the spec.

don't know much about pcs so this may turn out to be a rubbish tip but i've had no problems with it.

:thup: Agreed. I'm looking at upgrading the main home PC and that's something I'm going to seriously look at. My budget is about £550 for the PC, plus I need to spend another £180 on Windows Office Professional, I fear, to get Access and so on.

They are based in Billingshurst, West Sussex - I found them in the Friday-Ad when I wanted a new system about 5 years ago. Had no problems with that, so they were my first choice when I wanted to upgrade last year. Delivery is about 25 quid, from what I can remember.

That crystech site any good for laptops?


I want one basically for music, net surfing, & game playing, so I'm gonna need a medium sized hard drive, plenty of ram & a good processor/graphics card?

Anything in the £500~ range that people know to be any good?
