Why do you need a piece of software to transfer files from one hard drive to another?

Put your settings to "manually update" and your just dragging and dropping anyway. Not rocket science tbh.

Actually, with iTunes, if it's on "auto update", songs transfer automatically, so less complicated than dragging and dropping. :thup:

I'm still really tempted to get a shuffle to take on the bus and walk to work.

If you do get an iPod, make sure you eject it before removing the connection to your computer every time.

It's the main reason why iPods tend to go a bit funny.

Look, I have one folder where my music is stored. If I wanted all that on my mp3 player I would plug it in, drag and drop the folder. Done. No iTunes checking the internet to see if there is a newer version of itself, no installation, no ********.
