I really fear moving to VA or one of those other states that actually cares about speeding after learning to drive/commute in Atlanta.
Atlanta driving: Speed 10-30 miles over the limit to beat everyone else (also speeding) to sit on the Downtown Connector, aka The Queue.
Though my favorite part is the way traffic seems to clear occasionally for about 30-45 seconds or so. So everyone accelerates up to 65, then has to slam on the breaks quickly.
