take out one of those "Travel Money Card"/Prepaid Credit Card type things.

it's a credit card which you have to top it up before you can use it - I got one when buying my new PC as I needed a credit card to purchase it - and didn't have to go through a credit check or anything - doesn't take long at all to get a hold of one.

Do you know anyone in the US, they could mail the tickets to that person who then mails them to you.

Thats what my brother did going to Survivor series last year
