all in all, rubbish. and the sound, at the 02 Vip section anyway, is horrid.

Prince can go **** himself as far as I'm concerned. He's lost a fan. 2ft gimp.

Aparently (grape vine news) he was ****ed off about something so didn't perform properly.

He actually got booed at the end of the concert by 100s of fans. That's how bad he was.

one of the few that i missed

i know he was getting booed when he did the synth set - playing literally a few seconds of a song that everyone loved and then stopping it and going on to another one

that was the first show he did that (used the synth/sample machine) and he learned his lesson because after that he played longer versions

shame you caught him on a bad night

I went twice (once to the last night, in VIP)
it was ****ing AWESOME,
I believe they recorded every night as there were guys up in the lights above the stage...

I would be willing to pay silly money for a DVD of the last night concert him not playing his hits is a lie

Thanks - looks like he enjoyed it and has good energy but I can see why people think the sound is so bad. Hope it didnt echo so bad in real life.

Saw him at the Manchester Apollo a few years ago and he was excellent in a little arena.
