Got the reg of the car they drove off in? Although chances are that's stolen too but still worth reporting.

just woke up. it's my day off so it's nice that I've got out of the routine of waking up at 4pm or whatever. now I feel I should take advantage of the day.

a nice bit of project work, maybe go to asda, maybe go shopping, play a bit of pro evo and going for a drink or two with a coursemate and my girlfriend later. not going to drink too much as I'm ill and trying to recover for a big day tomorrow. mon me.

I've already been to work. 6-10. So I think i'll spend the rest of the day in a sleep-induced trance. Repeat for the next five days

Oh, but I have the delivery of a new laptop to look forward to
People actually uninstall FM games?

I actually have every version back to CM97/98 (excepting CM03/04) installed on this laptop. Carrying the CDs round is a pain though. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Yeah, it's part of my yearly ritual - out with the old, in with the new.

I think 01/02 is the only game that I had left still on there, as it's fb.

Anyway, giving the old laptop to my mother so need to free up lots of memory and all that. Can't see her getting down into the small hours with a Blyth Spartans save though.

If you chose to listen to Southern FM (link in Opening Post) this fine (well, grey and miserable here) lunchtime, you will currently hear Phil Collins - and then, hopefully, Happy Hour (The Housemartins) as requested by me

been awake for the last hour or so - on my last day off work.

Got a couple of things to sort out though - so can't be slumming it all day.

The rechargeable batteries on my new eircom cordless phone are only showing one bar on the handset, despite having been in the charging cradle since Wednesday night - looks like I'll change those with some others I have lying about the place.

Might do some more graphics stuff for FM08 later

I have about £8 to my name currently thanks to the wipeout that was Derry on Tuesday/Wednesday - I don't know when I get paid so I don't know if FM08 will be gotten on release date.

I need another tea I think
