Easiest way to see it anti-clockwise is to focus on the shadow, then slowly look up.

I'm right brained apparently. Really freaky when you concentrate on the pivot foot, like Daaaaave said, and she starts spinning the other way.

I'm clockwise too, but sat here with my girlfriend and she sees anticlockwise.
