Embarrassing as it was for the support if you expel a team for it. Who is to say a rival fan could not get in and do it if that was the precedent set.

I wouldn't exactly call it a "hit" he made contact with his face, yes but Dida made a huge meal out of it.
No way Celtic should be thrown out, if the result is even overturned then its a joke.
