I'm brand new to Photoshop and am trying to create a 3D outlined cylinder. I have the beginnings of the 3D cylinder, but I don't know how to get it outlined. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just make two ovals, set fill to 0%, and stroke at 1 px.
Then make 2 other lines with the line tool at 1 px connecting the ovals.
