Good trainers? I have trainers that's it. By their nature they aren't in great shape unless i've just bought them. Shoes are supposed to be good no?

An old toothbrush usually does the trick

I have Adidas white trainers that are not remotely meant for any form of physical activity - purely 'fashion' trainers.

I have an old pair of Reebok trainers that were for exercise... but ahem they don't get used a lot anymore.

I probably buy new trained every couple of years or so, unless theres a reason to have to in the meantime.

Only ever really have two or three pairs of trainers at any one time too.

Same with shoes.

I usually buy the worn style now so they don't look brand new when you first wear them and it doesn't really matter when they age.

I'm kinda a trainer freak too, probably have about 60-70 pairs now, ranging from basketball shoes to skateboarding traineres, mostly Nike, but do have a few Puma's and NBs. Only about 10 of them are used on rotation tho
