O2 service unavailable

For the last 2 days whenever I've tried sending a text it says "service unavailable" and when I try ringing it says user busy.
Has anyone elses been playing up and how should I fix it?

At a guess I'd say your SIM card is playing up.

I used to get the same problem when i was on O2 but that was just with the calls not the texts.

Just rang them and apparently no payments have been made on the contract so they've blocked the sim. Im pretty sure my mum set up the direct debit but ill get her to ring them later.

Took mine twice last month.

So I went mad at them and got this months bill free, £30 off last months bill and also my money refunded. :thup: so if by chance the DD was set up and they have messed up, go mad and they will reward you! ;-)

indeed they will but they do take their time with it- last month of my contract they took 3x what i normally paid due to a bolt on being used as a shuttlec0ck-they offered me my next two months bills for free.

they also took my line rental twice 6 months before that which led to me going overdrawn with another DD

shouldn't be like that though
