Just came in to mention Space Channel 5, Rats. 
Big up to Shenmue, MSR, Samba de Amigo, chu chu rocket, and Crazy Taxi. Skies of Arcadia one of the best RPGs ever.

I like Shenmue, MSR, Hydrothunder, Zero Gunner 2
For multiplayer; Powerstone1/2, Virtua Tennis2, Soul Calibur, Last Blade 2 are good.
Other good ones: Headhunter, Crazy Taxi, numerous shoot'em ups, Grandia 2 is decent, Sonic Adventure 1/2

Only ever played one game on the Dreamcast and it was fb. Rush 2049, 4 player.
Best multiplayer driving/shoot the bastards game ever. How come it's not got a mention yet?
