It's a wholesale company which i manage the IT, but we have a lot of media people in the office. It just seems strange how we all do it but from previous jobs it'd be classed as instant dismissal.

It's also worrying the amount of jollies you're encouraged to take!

Obv, jobs such as Teachers, Drivers, etc shouldn't be allowed (although when we were 6th formers, we used to see 3 or 4 of the staff in the pub at lunchtime!)

Not sure if i can tbh. Most of the people in my office are law enforcement officers so they cannot be drunk as they are required to arrest people etc. Wether that extends to all grades i dont know.
