I've got the Rosetta one for Brazilian. I have a complete inability to learn a language though. Combination of lack of patience and gross stupidity.

The Pimsleur courses are far better than Rosetta Stone imo. Equally pricey but libraries often have them for hire.

I need spanish (latin) beginners

I used to date this hot latin chick but she left me for a younger asian metrosexual with lots of $$$ who buys her expensive ****.

So I am already into weeks of latin dancing, just need to learn how to speak, plus I have lost 10 kilos and am more cut up now, one day I will win her back but I need the whole package

aww cmon now I'm not a stalker.

Although the one time I did go to her house to ask her something and he happened to be there, but that was like 2 months ago.

I'm just a patient man. Either that or his head gets smashed into the wall 50 times till it turns into mush, either way I will win.

i wanted to learn chinese/cantonese. haven't got round to it although i learnt basics of malay.
anyway if i want to learn chinese/cantonese i'll go and get a 'learn cantonese for 3 year olds' book/cd.
then i'll get one for 6 year olds or what ever. they're not that expensive.

Learn Swedish. It's not useful, but I still think you should. Just because.

I'm blanking on a link for trois, but the Italian for three is "tre". It's roughly pronounced "tray", so you'd create an image with three trays and visualise it for ten seconds or so. I found that it helped get a better grip on the vocabulary initially, avoiding having to refer back to a textbook or dictionary so often.
