I doubt the result will matter to the press for how they rate the players now. They could get humped 76-0 and they'll still be portrayed as heroes.
About time we started ripping into our national failures.

| Not really. More amazing how quickly the rugby team went from **** to awesome again. Although they weren't all that great on saturday tbh and the nation creaming themselves over Wilkinson is horrendous given how **** he was/has been.

tbh our forwards were awesome against Australia. Against France we were no where near awesome and just less **** than the French.

Wilkinson wasn't **** in either game - nowehere near as good as he can be/the media say but still at worst solid in best games. Some incredible tackling against France.

most people in england dont watch rugby nor do they give a sh*t about it, so comparing it to football makes it relative to the average joe. simple really
